Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund even quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (2-3 business days).

Shipping
Standard shipping is free anywhere within the contiguous United States. A small handling fee is charged on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and all US territories.
Orders typically have a 1-3 business day processing time at our warehouse before they ship but may take longer during the holidays due to high order volumes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and within 24 hours you will be able to see the estimated delivery date. Orders placed within the US typically take 1-5 business days to be delivered once shipped.
Armed Forces (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses
Orders sent to these addresses will be sent via USPS Priority shipping. While it is more expensive to ship to these addresses than to a residential address, we are proud to support our friends in the Armed Forces and are happy to cover the cost of shipping for these orders. We would only kindly request the customer cover the cost of return shipping if a return or exchange is needed.
